CEC is here to support you years and years after the sale, by providing immediate spare parts to get you up and running fast. We are still supporting equipment that has been in the field for decades!
Our parts department is staffed by fully qualified technical specialists. Spare parts or equivalent items are guaranteed to be available for a period of at least 10 years following the sale, and usually are available for a much longer period, as Continental’s Transmitters have historically been operated dependably in the field for decades.

If a problem is identified with a component installed in a Transmitter that is under warranty, Continental Electronics will ship out a new replacement component free of charge.
Our customers can suffer significant loss when a transmitter or peripheral equipment is down. Knowing this, CEC is equipped to ship parts to anywhere in the world on a short notice.
Our goal for both warranty and non-warranty items is to ship within 24 hours of receiving your parts order. However in emergency situations, many shipments have been made where the customer has the parts the same day that the order was placed.
