CEC provides full-time employees with great benefits. Compensation has two components: base salary and variable pay. Variable pay may include sales commissions and annual incentive. Hourly employees receive time and one half base pay for hours worked over 40 hours per week.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

  • 15 Days each year for 0 – 3 years of service
  • All-purpose plan provides pay to employees for time off due to vacation, illness, or personal business

  • Nine (9) paid holidays each year
  • Schedule announced each year
